No leggings workout club!!
Nothing against leggings because I do still wear them, but there is something so liberating & cool girl about wearing pants instead to workout. A lot of you were asking me about the ones I’ve been sharing, so put it all into a video for you

I asked @hairbylindagatt to give you guys the low down on how to achieve my hair color and here’s what she said. Save & share this with your hair stylist 💆♀️
To achieve the goal of old money bronde, we wanted to do pops of warm golds and a rich brunette in between.
We did a mix of babylights and micro babylights throughout the head with a concentration of blonding towards the front (we used Goldwell Silk lift 10 volume and finished with 15 volume)
Between foils we glossed with a light warm brunette (Redken Shades EQ 7nb, 7n, 7g, 7gb)
We let everything process for about 30 minutes.
Back at the bowl we did a final gloss on her lightened pieces a warm light brown at roots and a warm medium blonde on the mids and ends. (Redken Shades EQ 7n 7gb and the root and on the mids and ends we did 9aa, 9gi, 8wg, 7gb, 9gb and a splash of clear)
For styling we wanted to keep it effortless and soft so we styled using all @vero_lineage products. The Glide Leave-In Conditioner and then set in the Lift Hair Rollers finished with a little bit of the Bind Keratin Oil!
I did infact not get unready because I cannot multiple task 🙃

okay finally wrapping up 2025 because done is better than perfect
there were a lot of wins, a lot of proud moments, a lot of outfits, workouts, laughing, crying, and a lot of lessons. we travelled, we got engaged (!!!), we taught so many incredible workouts, met so many amazing people, closed chapters, but opened ever more.
my takeaways: the daily work compounds over time. you can change your mind at any point. if you don’t know where to start, start with yourself. you will never feel ready, just delusional enough to leap. the hard things lead to good things. be patient when you are becoming someone that you have never been before. and mostly importantly, keep going and know that you’re worth it all.

Italian wedding venues toured, but didn’t pick! First up: Masseria Giovani in Puglia 🫒💍💘

So many of us, myself included, spend countless hours focused on the physical results of fitness. And while I’m not the type of trainer to dismiss those desires, I’m also here to tell you that there is so much more to discover.
Fitness builds discipline and commitment to yourself. It teaches us that there is strength in resistance and that consistency will take you further than intensity. It’s a journey to discover more about you, how you feel about yourself and how you talk to yourself. Not every workout is perfect, but it’s not meant to be. You show up, you build, you work. You learn that it’s not about the body, it’s about the person you become as you build it.

It felt nearly impossible to select just 20 photos for this post, hence why it’s a happy belated birthday to you @joeyvendel — you’re my favorite person, in fact I think you’re a lot of people’s favorite person, so I’m extra lucky I get to marry you and spend my life with you. You have filled my life with constant laughter and entertainment and have made even the simplest of moments the most special. You’re annoyingly good at being happy and grateful for what’s right in front of you while still working so hard to achieve only the best for yourself and the ones you care about. You are selfless and kind and extremely humble…sometimes haha. Thank you for keeping me grounded and reminding me that life is unpredictable and way more fun when you just go with the flow. Taking a moment to reflect on this life Joey & I have built together. September will be 3 years officially in San Diego, and over 9 years together. We dreamed of living in a home we could host our friends, make fancy charcuterie boards, and dance with music and candle light. These years with you just keep getting better and better and my heart is so full of beautiful memories, new & old. Celebrating you is the easiest thing I’ll ever do!! Band only workout you can do anywhere this summer 💙
Set up: band goes on above knees. Lay on your side with hips back and knees forward creating a 90 degree shape with your lower body. Press into your forearm on the mat and lift out of your waist and hip to avoid sinking into your shoulder. Always squeeze your glutes and draw your ribs in.
Follow the exercises below (10 reps each SLOW). I recommend you work through one side first then repeat on the other.
1. 90 degree banded leg lift
2. Internal alt external rotation
3. Clamshell
4. Seated oblique reach
5. Kneeling pull down to lunge reach
Pro tip: move slowly using the band to gauge your max range of motion while still maintaining form—core engagement and stability throughout the rest of your body. Exhale on the lift or contraction/squeeze of the movement.
